Lynn Campbell is a Doonside resident and a phenomenal pastoral care coordinator serving residents in aged‑care facilities in Blacktown.

She first joined the aged-care sector in 2008 as an assistant in nursing at St Dominic's Home for the Elderly in Blacktown and later at Holy Family Services in Marayong. 

Lynn is now the Pastoral Care Coordinator at St Hedwig Retirement Village where she provides emotional, social and spiritual support to residents, including navigating ageing, grief, dementia and end‑of‑life experiences. She is well known for the personal care she shows all residents. When St Hedwig's recently closed for renovations and residents were relocated to other facilities, Lynn went and visited them in her own time to make sure they had comfortably settled in and offered her help if needed.
